1. Contract terms: Lengths of time and payments?
Minimum contract period is 1 month. Payments are done by wire transfer on each 15th day of the month.

2. Satisfaction: Delivery and people?
You can ask the COO to replace the person. However all our customers are satisfied currently as we pick the best people for their needs. You will also have right to cancel the contract with prior notification (30 days notice).

3. English skills: Verbal? Written?
Our dedicated staff speaks English. We consider communicating online (IM, email, project management systems) to be the most effective (since there is no need to make international calls, no busy lines and each party has access to the history of talks available).

4. Ownership of Deliverables?
We can sign separate NDA in addition to the standard contract.

5. Start up: How much lead time do we need to get started?
3-7 business days.

6. Resumes of resources: Do you have a choice in the contractors we work with?
Yes you have, however we normally carefully go through your needs with our HR manager and pre-select the best candidates for you.

7. Operating hours: What time of the day are our developers willing to work?
Our office is opened EU working hours. So it's easy to communicate real-time with us. (8.00 am - 5.00 pm GMT+1 or 8.00 am - 12.00 pm EST)
